Hello to our dedicated martial arts family!
As the eerie glow of jack-o-lanterns begin to light up the night and little ghosts and goblins roam the streets in search of sugary treats, we wanted to send out a quick but important reminder to all our members.
There will be no evening martial arts classes today, whether it’s Brazilian Jiu Jitsu or Youth Muay Thai. It’s a night off for all of you!
We know that training is an essential part of many of your routines, but tonight, we encourage you to take a break, indulge in the Halloween festivities, and most importantly, have fun with your loved ones.
Safety first: make sure to watch out for the young trick-or-treaters if you’re driving and always stick to well-lit areas if you’re out and about.
While we all enjoy this spooky night, remember to get a good night’s rest because we’re excited to see everyone back in action and on the mats starting tomorrow. Let’s channel that post-Halloween energy into our training sessions!
Remember, consistency is key in martial arts. So, after you’ve had your fill of candy and spookiness, it’s back to honing those skills and techniques.
Wishing everyone a bewitching Halloween night! 🎃👻💀
Stay safe, have fun, and see you all tomorrow!
