We are headed into Week 1 of the March and we are super excited to be introducing the new curricula for the month to our youth Jiu Jitsu members! This month they will be focusing on side control escapes and headlocks plus the older groups will get a chance to start improving their side control attacks!
Our adult CT-A group will finish their study of closed guard and start side control while CT-B finishes the spider guard lesson plans and starts one legged x!
